The company is a privately held firm that is engaged in the manufacture of cements and related products for floor leveling, concrete repair and tile setting. It also offers ceramic and natural stones, boards, primers, self leveling mortar products, industrial leveling mortars, fillers interior walls, mortars for repair of concrete, screeds, waterproofing, strippers and cleaners, additives, adhesives pavement light, paints and varnishes. The firm was incorporated in July of 1990 and conducts business operations from its registered head office based in Les Franqueses del Vallès, Spain. The company is part of the ARDEX Group, which develops, manufactures and markets high-quality specialist construction materials for substrate preparation, levelling floors, the fixing of natural stones, ceramic tiles and other surfacing materials as well as providing the necessary training and support services for their application. The Group has grown from sales of EUR 150 million, with 1860 employees and 7 subsidiaries in 1992, to consolidated sales of more than EUR 475 million, with 35 subsidiaries and 1,863 employees active in offices and branches in more than 50 countries.
